Renewable energy

Renewable energy is the energy of the future: environmentally friendly and safe.

The company's development strategy corresponds to the Energy Strategy of Ukraine aimed to increase the share of green generation in the country's energy balance.

Today, the company's green portfolio is 3 MW at two solar power plants in Melitopol and   Synelnykovo (Dnipropetrovsk region).

Our industrial sites receive electricity and heat from alternative energy sources (biomass and photovoltaic panels), which fully agrees with the new rules of the Green Deal Agreement 2025 in the EU.

We offer assistance in selecting locations with technical specifications to install solar panels with a 50 MW capacity.

INDIAN ISATEX SOLAR LLC (42851235) was founded in 2019 and since then has been efficiently operating on the Ukrainian electricity market. In 2020, the company built and put into operation a photovoltaic station (roof) with a capacity of 2,364 kW.

Solar Power Plant generates electricity by converting solar energy into environmentally friendly electrical energy in solar photovoltaic modules. The final step is energy transportation into external electrical networks. This method of generating electricity is highly efficient and green as a solar power plant converts solar radiation energy into electrical energy. The production of electrical energy is licensed according to statement No. 2181, October 24, 2019.

INDIAN ISATEX SOLAR LLC carries out its licensed activities for the production of electrical energy, guided by these laws and regulations:

  • The Law of Ukraine On the Electricity Market
  • The Law of Ukraine On Licensing of Types of Economic Activities (part two of article 15)
  • Market Rules (NEURC Resolution No. 307 dated March 14, 2018)
  • Conditions and Rules for production of electricity (NEURC Resolution No 3 dated February 02, 1996)
  • Licensing conditions for power generation (NEURC Resolution No 1467 dated December 27, 2017)
  • Reporting forms for NEURC (amended) (NEURC Resolution No 1257, dated October 04, 2012)
  • Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on the distribution of electrical energy (NEURC Resolution No 309 dated March 03, 2017)
  • Information Publishing Procedure on the share of each energy source used for electricity generation and the impact on the environment caused by electricity generation (NEURC Resolution No 642 dated April 26, 2019).
